The roleAs we continue to grow we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Paytrix. This role will be key in advising, developing, implementing and reviewing all aspects of our HR policies and practices. The role will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, working closely with our managers to support the employee lifecycle and developing new ways to maintain and improve our culture, driven by our mission and values.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, have superior knowledge of local and international labour regulations and HR practices, strategic thinking abilities, strong organisational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Manage entire employee life cycle and day-to-day HR activities for UK, Poland and Portugal
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Act as point of contact for the business regarding all HR and labour law related questions
Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
To provide comprehensive HR management advice to all management levels and their teams within the business
To deliver HR objectives on people policies , development and succession planning, employee relations and performance management
Manage a wide range of challenging employee relations issues across the UK and EU – managing absence, discipline, grievance, sickness etc
Lead and manage any restructuring projects
Coordinate the appraisals, salary review & bonus processes
Play a proactive role in developing line manager capability within the business
Refine, plan & implement performance management strategy
Design, plan & implement people policies in line with legal compliance in collaboration with external partners
Oversee administrative tasks such as payroll, healthcare, pension
Requirements
Start-up experience is essential
CIPD or equivalent qualification and have Strong understanding of current UK and EU employment legislation to be able to efficiently deal with ER issues
Hands-on experience within multi-European environment is critical (2 – 3 years minimum ex…
